1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ColorSense, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ColorSense is a color perception training game that provides:

• Daily challenges where you sort images by color content
• Practice modes to improve your color perception
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Optional premium features via in-app purchases

3. User Accounts

ColorSense does not require user registration. An anonymous player identifier is generated locally on your device to track your progress and daily challenge results.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any loss of data if you uninstall the app or reset your device.

4. Daily Challenges

Daily challenges reset at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Each day features one challenge that is the same for all players. Results submitted after the day ends are recorded for that specific challenge date.

5. In-App Purchases

ColorSense may offer optional premium features ("Pro" subscription) through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate game results
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app
• Interfere with the proper operation of the service
• Submit false or misleading data to our servers

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to graphics, user interface, and algorithms, is owned by ColorSense and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ColorSense is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColorSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
